Kick The "Nasal Spray Addiction"

For nearly 20 years I was addicted to Nasal Spray ( oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05%). Besides being expensive (Afrin 5-7$/oz or even 1$/oz at the Dollar Store) my doctor advised that it contributes to heart problems and in men, prostate problems! But I had to have it to keep my nasal passages open so I could breathe! I would keep bottles all over the place to use when one or both nasal passages closed up.

I tried Doctor-injected shots into the mucus membraine, non-steroidal analbolic sprays...but I still couldn't quit!

NOW I offer you this Method which has finally WORKED for me:

Go to a health food store and buy 1 bottle of "Nature's Way" brand Hay fever Allergy Sinus capsules (100 per bottle/10$). Start taking them according to label instructions and if, at night, you can breathe out of at least one nostral, keep using them until you have kicked the spray! Then use them only ocassionally when needed.
